its not like pve is hard. i mean maybe some nubs will start spamming rank discrimination at lower levels which would be bad, but who pves with actual other people anymore |

The only titles that should be account wide are the uber-grind ones (reputation, SS/LB, but they should not have account-wide effects) and titles purely based off of buying stuff (sweet tooth, drunkard, wisdom, treasure hunter). Stuff like Vanquishing and Protector should be character based.
